Buy Options Guide

Products may have several buying options presented on their product page, see below for a full guide on what each option entails. 

New - In stock and ready to ship new condition. Generally ships same day or early next morning. If in stock in multiple locations we will ship closest to you for the quickest and most cost-efficient shipping for you. 

Recertified - Generally slight dings or bends on corners from production, or from returns. All are hand-inspected to ensure they meet all quality standards for construction and build quality. Recertified units are always discounted. 

Pre-Order - In the event, there are no remaining "New - In Stock" variations remaining you can place an order for the next run of this variation. Production time depends on variation and time of year, ranging from a few days to weeks. If not stated in the menu please reach out to a Vela team member for a timeline.

In-Stock + Pre-Order - If placing an order for any in-stock variations mixed with pre-order, we will ship those in-stock units as soon as possible. The pre-order will arrive in a separate shipment as soon as production is finalized. 

Minimum Orders -  Some variations are specially made and not inventoried so we must set minimum order for them to be processed. Minimums are always visible when adding to the cart on the product page.
